It's loud and sensitive enough. They don't turn off just because the pressure is removed, you have to physically turn them off. I prefer it this way. It's a decent deterrent for cheap.

Very nice security devices. I like That they have sensitivity settings so that I can put one under my front door and the cat won’t set it off. They are quite loud, much to the dismay of my landlord who came over while I was at work.
